Q: Do wine coolers need special installation?
A: Freestanding coolers only need ventilation clearance of about 2 inches at the back. Built-in models are designed for flush cabinet installation — check each product's cutout dimensions before ordering.

Q: Can I change the door to open from the other side?
A: Most models have reversible doors. See the product manual or contact us and we'll confirm for your specific model.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: 30 days, postage paid. If a cooler arrives damaged or isn't right for your space, contact us and we'll arrange the return.
