Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at service@calefortmall.com with your order number and we will arrange the return.

Return Process

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (postage paid by customers).
3. Pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

- Items must be in resalable condition with all original parts and packaging.
- Built-in refrigerators that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Warranty Claims

Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty (1–2 years depending on model). We handle warranty claims for you directly; email us with your order number and a description of the issue.
