Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Freight-shipped items (full-height wine cabinets and commercial display cases): 5–10 business days, scheduled by phone for a convenient delivery window.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Large Item Delivery

Full-height coolers and commercial cases are shipped by freight on a pallet. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone is available to receive the item and inspect it before signing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@calefortmall.com and we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight items.
